1.   Non Payment of Levy and Services Accounts

Owners must ensure that their levy and services accounts are paid in full before the 7th of every month. The electricity supply to the unit shall be disconnected without further notice where the account is in arrears for 30 days. Owners renting their units out must ensure that the rental agent pays the account on time.

2.   Pigeons

Residents are reminded that they may not feed the pigeons at Wedgewood Green. Pigeons create hygiene problems and often damage the buildings by trying to make their nests under the roof tiles.

A handy way of keeping the pigeons off your patios and balconies is to hang strips of tinfoil on pot plants and on the windows.

3.   Paper Recycling

When putting out your refuse, please place old newspapers and cardboard separately as these items are recycled.

4.   Alterations

Residents who would like to effect changes to the outside of their units, (i.e. enclosing and or extensions of patios) must first request permission to do so in writing from the Trustees. Plans of the proposed alterations must be submitted together with the request. Once the Trustees have approved the proposed alterations, a letter granting permission shall be forwarded to the owner. The terms and conditions of such permission must be complied with.

5.   Noise

Residents must please be aware of the amount of noise that they generate and ensure that they do not disturb other residents.

When arriving home or leaving the complex late at night please ensure that you do not rev your motor vehicle or slam the car doors.

Please be considerate towards the other residents living at Wedgewood Green.

7.   Request for an Additional Carport

One of the residents is in search of an additional carport to rent, if you have an additional carport that you would like to rent out, please contact John at unit 156 or on 082 460 1912
